Firetree Metalworks are committed to making high-quality, long-lasting heater coils to help heat your wood-fired hot tub and we hope you'll be happy with your purchase from us.

If you're not happy, please contact us as soon as possible - we want to help. If you are unsure if the item will work with your current set-up, please get in touch with us before you buy.

We will accept returns of unused items and refund the original cost. However, unless the item is returned due to a clearly identifiable fault or significant deviation from product description, the customer will be asked to cover the cost of return delivery. All return requests must be made within 60 days of purchase.

If you discover that your item is faulty - either before use or after early use - please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for the item to be returned to us for repair and re-delivery asap. If repair is not possible, you will be fully refunded.
