Firetree Metalworks are committed to making high-quality, long-lasting heater coils to help heat your wood-fired hot tub and we hope you'll be happy with your purchase from us.

If you're not happy, please contact us as soon as possible - we want to help. If you are unsure if the item will work with your current set-up, please get in touch with us before you buy.

We will accept returns of unused items and refund the original cost. However, unless the item is returned due to a clearly identifiable fault or significant deviation from product description, the customer will be asked to cover the cost of return delivery.

If you discover that your item is faulty - either before use or after early use - please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for the item to be returned to us for repair and re-delivery asap. If repair is not possible, you will be fully refunded.
