Downcomer for warm water outlet tube

This is a handy little device if you are concerned that the warm water outlet tube from your coil is likely to  end up above the water line in your hot tub (due to water spilling out of your tub during use). 
 
Please read here about why it is VERY IMPORTANT to keep your warm water outlet below the water line.
 
This downcomer tube can be screwed into the brass bulkhead connector (sold seperately) that attaches the warm water outlet tube from your heater coil to your hot tub. 
 
Major water displacement is more likely if your hot tub is very shallow, or your warm water outlet hole has been drilled very close to the rim of your tub (which we do not advise).  It can also happen when you have a few people in your tub at the same time.
